Role Overview

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Resource Lounge General Manager for a prestigious private airport lounge(s) at Hartsfield Jackson Airport (ATL). Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. Join our team of experience makers and food fanatics and be part of creating memorable experiences! This lounge leader will provide integral food and beverage management support within the Delta ATL lounge portfolio.

Venues and events don’t just bring people together, they create exceptional moments and lasting memories. Sodexo Live! provides hospitality services to airport lounges, stadiums, arenas, convention and conference centers, zoos, museums, and more. Working at one of these locations is exciting and allows you to be part of creating memorable experiences for people.

SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and Sodexo. As a certified minority company, we deliver food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities and aviation lounges. What You'll Do
  • have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and/or
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
  • fully versed in Profit and Loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operating a stand alone business.

What You Bring
  • have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization;
  • proven food and beverage management experience within hotels, restaurants or other upscale dining venue;
  • ability to direct and lead large teams;
  • possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service;
  • exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
  • demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs;
  • has experience in financials, preparation and oversight.
