Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality is hiring a Part-Time Bartender for the Club lounge at Chicago Midway International Airport. The role pays $22.00 per hour with shifts from 5:30 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:30 PM; weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities include full bar service, inventory and stock management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates must pass an airport security background check and join Unite Here Local 1 upon hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service or restaurant/bar service.
• Must be 18 or 21 years of age as applicable by law.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a premier lounge environment.
• Take beverage orders and manage bar stock.
• Check IDs and verify age compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of bar area.
