Eurest is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the American Airlines Lounge operations at PHX Airport. You will ensure top-tier guest service and high-quality food and beverage offerings, and act as a versatile leader across FOH and BOH, including weekend/evening shifts.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory and reporting, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards while driving a guest-centric lounge experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume F&B operations.
• Experience with food costing and inventory controls.
• Labor costs and scheduling oversight experience.
• Self-motivated with a passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead American Airlines Lounge operations (PHX) and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, and scheduling reports.
• Train, develop, and mentor a team of associates to deliver quality service.
• Create crew schedules based on labor models and demand patterns.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining product inventories.
