Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group, is seeking a Resident District Manager for the PHX American Airlines lounge program. You will lead a large multi-unit dining account open seven days a week and ensure exemplary guest and client service in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will manage the account team, drive profitability and safety, and work with leadership to plan and forecast, budget, and rebid opportunities while maintaining the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of management experience.
• Experience in large-volume hotel food & beverage operations.
• Strong customer service, business and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team at a large account to provide top-notch service.
• Drive profitability, safety and employee engagement across the account.
• Participate in district leadership and share standard processes.
• Weigh decisions for risk/reward with team input.
• Foster transparency, education, safety and accountability.
• Meet client needs, retain the account and support rebid opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and conduct unit audits.
• Own financial results and assist in reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Ensure consistent and fair administration of all policies.
