Eurest USA in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Resident District Manager to lead the American Airlines PHX lounge dining program. This high-visibility, multi-unit account operates 7 days a week, demanding exceptional guest service, strong leadership, and financial accountability.

You will manage a large team, drive safety, quality, and profitability, own client relations, and coordinate planning to meet operational goals in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years of management experience in large-volume food & beverage operations.
• Proven track record leading a business and a team with strong customer service and financial acumen.
• Excellent initiative, communication, and organizational skills; inclusive leadership.
