Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC is hiring a Full-Time Airport Lounge Bartender at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). The role pays $18.00 per hour, with a $200 sign-on bonus and a $100 monthly commute stipend for full-time staff.

Shifts include 1:00 PM-11:00 PM on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays, plus early morning Fridays for a 4x10 schedule. The bartender will deliver full bar service, interact professionally with airline passengers, manage orders, maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming lounge environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full bar service including wine, beer and cocktails.
• Greet and assist airline passengers in a premier clubroom environment.
• Take beverage orders and manage bar stocks and cleanliness.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Assist with inventory, training, and daily liquor usage paperwork.
