Job summary

Sodexo is hiring an Airport Lounge Bartender to deliver exceptional customer service and craft cocktails in a high-traffic airport lounge. You will work with servers to ensure fast, accurate service and maintain a well-stocked bar area with necessary tools.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of experience, and the ability to stand long hours, walk extensively, and lift up to 35 pounds (50 on occasion). This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of relevant bartending experience.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of beverage recipes and mix drinks correctly.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol per local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, mix and serve cocktails with or without alcohol and craft drinks with appropriate garnishes.
• Ensure bar area is fully stocked with tools and products needed to mix and serve.
• Prepare opening counts and place inventory or purchasing orders to replenish supplies.
• Be cordial, diplomatic and attentive when dealing with customers.
• Significant walking or moving around the bar area.
• Ability to stand for long periods during a shift and lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Attend shifts on time with reliable turnout.
• Additional tasks may be assigned depending on client needs.
