Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Airport Lounge Wait Staff for the AIRPORT DIMENSIONS-SAPPHIRE LOUNGE BY THE CLUB. You will deliver efficient, attentive service, presenting menu items and beverages from Sodexo’s restaurant menu while maintaining a professional, friendly approach.

The role requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and work on flexible shifts. A valid alcohol-service certification may be required, with full-time employment and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 year related experience.
• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol per local regulations.
• May require valid TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification and compliance with state alcohol requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer questions about menu items and allergens.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen and confirm orders with guests.
• Check items for quality and presentation, ensuring attractive and consistent displays.
• Monitor guest needs and respond to requests and complaints professionally.
