Sodexo is hiring an Airport Lounge Wait Staff to deliver attentive service in a fast-paced lounge environment. You will help guests with menu items, beverages, and specials, while ensuring accurate order taking and timely delivery.

This part-time role emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, and safety in a high-traffic setting. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of related experience, and possibly alcohol-service certifications (TIPS/TEAM).

Competenze

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
0 to 1 year related experience.
Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol per local regulations.
May require a valid TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification.

Mansioni

Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer questions about menu items and allergens.
Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen; confirm orders with guests; process them in the correct sequence.
Check items for quality and presentation; ensure dishes are attractive and consistent.
Monitor guest needs; address concerns or complaints with professionalism.
