Paradies Lagardère at DFW International Airport is hiring a Bartender to deliver First Class beverage service in a fast-paced airport dining environment. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar while ensuring responsible service.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, accuracy, and speed, with opportunities to grow within the team. A high school diploma or GED and prior hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in bartending, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and standard beverage preparation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Service standards and professional behavior with every guest.
• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming bar experience.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately per recipes and standards.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, cocktails, and promotions.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of bar, glassware, and supplies.
