Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC invites applications for an Airport Lounge Attendant at The Club lounge inside Grand Rapids Gerald R. Ford International Airport. You will deliver food and beverage to guests, assist with mobile orders, and ensure timely service with a warm, guest‑focused approach.

The successful candidate will have a hospitality mindset, strong communication, and stamina for long shifts. Pay is $18.00-$19.00 per hour, with a 5:30 AM to 12:30 PM shift, and benefits include health

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor
• Strong guest service orientation
• Ability to listen and respond to guest requests
• Ability to read and understand guest inquiries and policies
• Clear, professional communication with guests and staff
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts professionally
• Ability to think and respond to problems quickly

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive guest experience and resolve complaints in line with policy
• Serve as liaison between Front of House and Back of House
• Communicate food orders to chefs, noting priorities and allergies
• Assist staff with setting tables and restocking utensils
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, safe manner
• Check in with guests and refill beverages as needed
• Share guest feedback with restaurant staff
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items
• Clear dirty dishes and maintain cleanliness of lounge
• Answer guests' questions about items and ingredients
• Ensure safe delivery of orders and assist with trash removal
• Perform other duties as assigned
