Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Airport Logistic Facility in San Diego, CA. You will serve and safeguard clients across logistics and distribution, monitor and patrol, manage access, and deliver exceptional customer service. A full-time schedule with a pay rate of $20.60 per hour is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Background checks/background investigations required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel at a logistics and distribution location by following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and driver credentials as required, and maintain logs of entries, exits, deliveries, and incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency procedures and coordinating with leadership.
• Report security-related concerns, suspicious activity, property damage, and policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
