Bradford Airport Logistics is seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to oversee the Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC) operations at two Detroit facilities serving DTW. You will lead a high-performing team of supervisors and logistics specialists, delivering operational excellence and strong customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in 3PL logistics or airport warehousing, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in 3PL logistics, airport, or warehouse environments with hands-on supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two warehouse facilities serving DTW and lead a team of supervisors and logistics specialists.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements and drive performance improvements.
• Deliver operational excellence and maintain strong customer satisfaction and safety standards.
