Bradford Airport Logistics (BAL) is seeking an Airport General Manager to lead a large-scale CRDC operation serving DFW Airport. You will oversee a 24/7 schedule, manage a 100+ team across receiving, storage, delivery, and recycling, and hold full P&L responsibility with a focus on safety, compliance, and service excellence.

• Knowledge of TSA, DOT, CDL, OSHA regulations in secure airport environments.

Responsibilities

Bradford Airport Logistics is seeking an experienced and strategic Airport General Manager (GM) to lead our large-scale Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC) operation serving DFW Airport. This is a high-impact executive leadership role overseeing a 24/7, 365-day operation and leading a team of 100+ managers, supervisors, and logistics specialists across receiving, storage, delivery, and recycling functions. As the General Manager, you’ll be fully accountable for operational performance, financial results, regulatory compliance, and service excellence across all airport terminal logistics activities. To be successful, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Aviation Management, or related field, or 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in aviation logistics, airport operations, warehouse management, or large-scale distribution center environments.
• Proven experience leading 100+ employees, including direct management of managers and supervisors, within a 24/7 airport warehouse, air cargo, or supply chain operation.
• Demonstrated financial leadership with full P&L responsibility in a distribution, warehouse, or aviation logistics setting, including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, cost control, and KPI/SLA performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of TSA, DOT, CDL, OSHA, and airport authority regulations, with experience operating in secure airport environments, maintaining audit readiness, and qualifying for airfield driving access and required background checks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for operational reporting and data analysis), with experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS)

Your responsibilities as the General Manager include:

• Lead a large-scale 24/7 airport warehouse and distribution operation supporting aviation concessionaires and terminal logistics.
• Own full P&L responsibility for the Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC), managing labor, fleet, equipment, inventory flow, and operational costs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and operational safety within secure airport, airfield, and warehouse environments.
• Develop and mentor managers and supervisors to drive operational excellence, employee engagement, workforce planning, and succession development.
• Strengthen partnerships with airport authorities, concessionaires, vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve service performance, supply chain efficiency, and logistics optimization.
