Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. seeks a Lobby Greeter in Los Angeles to manage passenger flow and assist clients at the TSA checkpoint. You will stand at post for long durations, monitor activity, and provide friendly, professional service while following all security rules.

Qualifications include 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, a security guard card, and basic English. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; shifts include all day parts with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain security guard card or willingness to obtain.
• Able to read, write and communicate in basic English.
• Excellent customer service and calmness under pressure.
• Willing to participate in screening (drug and background).
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Control and direct passenger traffic to reduce TSA wait times.
• Provide information and answer questions for clients and passengers.
• Stand at post for 8 hours and maintain alertness.
• Report unusual activity to the Lead on duty.
• Follow all Prosegur, TSA, and LAX/LAWA rules and procedures.
