Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Lead/Lobby Greeter at LAX to promote hospitality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction while leading by example in service excellence.

The role guides frontline staff, stays updated on terminal changes, and ensures safety in a fast-paced airport environment. Candidates should be 18+, hold a HS diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain a security guard card and SIDA badge.

Customer ServiceLead/Lobby Greeter Duties and responsibilities:

• Promote hospitality, professionalism, courtesy, and customer satisfaction throughout daily operations.
• Lead by example by demonstrating Prosegur's values, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence.
• Provide frontline employees with guidance, coaching, and positive reinforcement to enhance passenger interactions.
• Remain informed of current LAX terminal updates, operational changes, and passenger service initiatives.
• Leadmust remain alert and observant of all the activity around them, maintaining a safe and secure area.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as abiding the standardized operating procedures.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and safe practices.
• Reinforcing the importance of every employee's role, contribution, and responsibility toward achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• May be exposed to different weather conditions.
• May be requested to perform other duties as assigned based on Operational needs and certifications.
• Follow all Prosegur, TSA, and LAX/LAWA rules and regulations.

Physical Requirements: This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to:

• Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift)
• Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
