Job summary

Customized Guard Services is seeking a vigilant front-desk security professional to manage lobby activities in Los Angeles. You will greet tenants, guests, and visitors, and provide directions and information about building amenities and local services.

In this role, you will monitor access, verify IDs, maintain visitor logs, coordinate with security staff, respond to alarms and emergencies, and relay important updates to tenants and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide directions, information, and assistance regarding building amenities, services, and surrounding areas.
• Address and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter.
• Verify identification and issue visitor passes as necessary.
• Maintain a visitor log and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Conduct regular surveillance of the lobby area and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations, and assist as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Relay important information or updates to tenants and guests as required.
