• Operate fryer and flat top grill with skill.
• Keep kitchen workspace clean and organized during shifts.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Prep and portion ingredients for daily operations.
• Restock and replenish product and inventory as needed.
• Interact with guests in a positive and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
