Qualifications

• Accountability for quality and presentation of every dish
• Ability to follow recipes, take direction, and execute to standards
• Proficient knife skills: chopping, slicing, dicing, cutting
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods in a high-heat kitchen

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute recipes and plating standards consistently for a quality guest experience
• Maintain knowledge of food safety, including proper temperatures for storage and prep
• Be a collaborative, dependable member of the kitchen team
• Perform short order cooking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Operate fryer and flat top grill with skill and precision
• Keep a clean, organized kitchen workspace during each shift
• Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe environment
• Prep and portion ingredients in daily kitchen operations
• Restock and replenish product and inventory as needed
• Interact with guests in a positive, professional manner
• Perform any other duties as assigned
