The role requires a positive attitude, the ability to work under pressure, and prior kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is included in shift info and eligible benefits follow company policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years restaurant experience preferred.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing.
• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items following recipes and specifications.
• Portion and package prepared ingredients for use during service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in stocking stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
