• Minimum of 10+ years of senior leadership experience with cross-functional responsibilities across operations, finance, sales, marketing, product management, or general management.
• Demonstrated success leading global businesses with full P&L accountability.
• Strong strategic planning capability and experience developing long-term growth strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead FMC's Fuels division growth strategy across OEM and aftermarket channels.
• Own portfolio profitability through pricing, mix optimization, and market segmentation.
• Drive global manufacturing, service, and lifecycle support to achieve delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Build and sustain strategic customer relationships and partnerships to expand installed-base penetration.
