Hyde Park Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for the Club lounge at San Francisco International Airport. You will lead the back-of-house team, ensure health and safety compliance, and oversee daily kitchen operations to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

The role requires weekend availability, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Compensation is $29.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a kitchen or back-of-house leader in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen activities and ensure health and safety standards.
• Manage kitchen staff and provide guidance on tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards.
• Oversee execution of menu items and ensure recipe consistency.
• Conduct regular tastings to maintain flavor profiles.
• Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff and foster a positive work environment.
• Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards and conduct regular inspections.
• Address and resolve quality issues promptly; perform other duties as assigned.
