You will train and orient staff, coordinate with management, and address customer concerns while maintaining high standards of service. The position requires availability for all shifts and a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work any shift and open availability.
• Coordinate routine food-service operations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Help ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure quality, service, and issue resolution.
