Qualifications

• L1 technical support experience preferred.
• Ability to operate in an airport environment with security checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support for passenger processing systems.
• Adhere to contractual response and fix times.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct; telephone manner is important.
• Ensure spare parts and consumables are managed and report shortages.
• Document items needing repair and coordinate transport to repair providers.
• Ensure communication devices are working and procedures are followed.
