Dufry is seeking a Retail Stock Manager II (Overnight) to oversee stock operations at airports in the Dallas area. You will manage receiving, inventory control, and merchandise flow, coordinating with the director and vendors to maximize sales opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in stock operations or inventory management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a background in SAP/CrunchTime. The role requires adaptability across retail, restaurant, and duty-free environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of combined education and work experience in stock operations or inventory management.
• Experience managing stock operations or inventory teams in retail environments.
• Bachelor’s degree can count toward 2 of the 4-year requirement.
• Knowledge of SAP and CrunchTime inventory systems; SAP WMS is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee stock operations including receiving, inventory control, and merchandise flow.
• Collaborate with Retail Director of Operations to optimize stock processes and KPIs.
• Manage vendor relationships to support stock levels across multiple channels.
• Coordinate operations across retail, restaurants, and duty-free shops; resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs such as inbound throughput and labor efficiency; manage reverse logistics.
• Develop and implement stock procedures; train and coach stock team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records for bonded ops.
