Job summary

Nashville International Airport is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Information Center) to deliver outstanding service to guests and employees on-site in Nashville. You will respond to inquiries, assist with luggage and wayfinding, and collect survey data while maintaining current information about airport services.

Requirements include 2-4 years in a customer service role and a High School Diploma or equivalent; a related Associate's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years in a customer service-related field.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years fluency in additional language(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees.
• Answer phone calls, assist with lost and found, and collect survey data.
• Assist international travelers with questions and non-English speakers.
• Maintain up-to-date information and logs; support with daily data reporting.
