Job summary

Contour is seeking a Station Manager in Martinsburg, PA, to lead airport operations at the assigned station, overseeing ticket counters, gates, baggage, and ramp functions while ensuring safety and on-time performance.

You will supervise Cross-Utilized Airport Agents, provide coaching, training, and performance management, and uphold Contour's policies and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 23 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; ability to travel as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused demeanor.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day station operations, ensuring safety and on-time performance.
• Lead, supervise, and coach Cross-Utilized Airport Agents; manage scheduling and performance.
• Interact with passengers, flight crews, ground staff, and vendors to ensure excellent service.
• Perform ticket counter, gate, baggage, and ramp duties; manage check-in and boarding.
• Maintain ramp safety and operate ground service equipment as required.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to irregular operations to minimize disruption and maintain standards.
