Job summary

ABM Industries is hiring a Site HR Partner for Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) to support our Cabin Cleaning and Janitorial teams. This on-site role covers about 640 managers, supervisors, and frontline/hourly staff.

Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred, and responsibilities include HR guidance, workforce planning, and policy interpretation. The successful candidate will act as an on-site employee champion, analyze trends, and partner with Talent and Learning & Development teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in HRM or related field, or 5+ years of related experience.
Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in HR, business operations or management.
Experience supporting a large hourly & distributed workforce is a strong plus.
Bilingual/Spanish is strongly preferred.
Aviation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Build and maintain an environment for our team members that results in a high customer-focused and engaged workforce.
Analyze trends and metrics, seeking opportunities to improve turnover, retention and engagement.
Partner with leadership to understand current and future staffing needs and with Talent to develop workforce plans.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to front line leaders.
