Qualifications

• Food & Beverage experience in a full service setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Effective communication in English and strong guest relations.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and coordinate with front-of-house for proper seating rotation.
• Provide First Class service, greet guests warmly, and answer questions about the menu.
• Process to-go orders quickly in the POS, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary host stand and assist servers as needed.
• Exhibit teamwork in a fast-paced airport dining environment.
