Job summary

Daifuku is seeking a Field Technician to support maintenance across Baggage Handling, Passenger Boarding Bridges and GSE contracts at multiple airport locations, including Carrollton, TX. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and knowledge transfer to build field capabilities.

You will coordinate with the Director of Technical Services and regional managers to schedule support, lead training, and ensure safety programs are followed while maintaining performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in maintenance and repair of Baggage Handling Systems, PBB, GSE and electrical automation.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Travel up to three weeks at a time.
• Based in Carrollton, TX with ability to work from a home office if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Baggage Handling, PBB and GSE systems with preventative maintenance.
• Lead and train field staff; provide hands-on training on-site.
• Coordinate with Safety department to implement and audit programs.
• Document work in CMMS and report performance metrics.
