Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Las Vegas is seeking a Training Manager to design, deliver, and maintain training programs for all ground handling functions. You will align plans with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory rules.

You will partner with station leadership to identify skill gaps, implement targeted training, and evaluate effectiveness. Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability are essential, with overtime possible to meet airline standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months related operational experience preferred.
• WFS or Carrier Instructor Certification.
• Current qualification and experience on training subject or learning plan.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and coordinate training programs for ramp, warehouse, passenger services, and other operational functions.
• Maintain and manage training records, certifications, and re-certifications.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge or skill gaps and create targeted training plans.
• Ensure training materials reflect up-to-date company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Audit compliance with company and airline training requirements; ensure access to GOMs, LOPs, and other reference materials.
• Track and report training progress, milestones, and results to management.
