Responsibilities

• Guide and direct aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe entry/exit to gates.
• Load/unload baggage and cargo up to 75 lbs; operate ground equipment.
• Assist passengers with check-in and ticketing to create a positive start to their trip.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Communicate trip and baggage information to passengers and keep them informed.
