Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. is seeking experienced Road Supervisors to join our team at Kansas City International Airport (KCI).

The Road Supervisor will oversee daily airport ground transportation operations for the KCI Rental Car Contract, leading a team of about 33 employees including 25 drivers and eight customer service representatives. The role requires strong leadership, staffing coordination, coaching, and the ability to make time-sensitive decisions on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements required.
• Experience in transportation operations or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily airport ground transportation operations.
• Provide frontline supervision to 33 employees including drivers and CSRs.
• Coordinate daily schedules and staffing resources to ensure coverage.
• Coach, counsel, and document performance; escalate disciplinary matters as needed.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and safety initiatives.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring activities as requested.
