Prospect International Airport Services is seeking a City Director to lead the aviation ground operations at a major location. You will manage customer relationships, contracts, and drive safety, performance, and strategic growth within the station.

The role requires strong leadership, aviation operations experience, and the ability to coach and develop staff while delivering on operational targets.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in airline ground handling services.
• Must be able to lead team members effectively and coach/develop individuals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Builds effective partnerships with internal departments, vendors, contractors, and partners; identifies new opportunities.
• Ensures appropriate staffing at assigned locations and mentors team members.
• Sets and manages performance against operational and financial objectives; drives safety and compliance.
