Prospect Airport Services, a leader in aviation ground operations, seeks a Station Manager to lead the station, manage customer relationships and contracts, and advance the company's footprint at the location.

Reporting to City Director, the role emphasizes safety, performance, staff development, and collaboration with internal departments and partners to deliver dependable operations at the location.

Qualifications

• Experience in airline ground handling services.
• Ability to lead and manage teams and drive performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds effective partnerships with internal departments, outside vendors, contractors, business partners, communities and other business entities and identifies new business opportunities.
• Ensures appropriate staffing at assigned locations, promotes team building initiatives and performs coaching/mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members.
• Ensures information is communicated in a clear, comprehensive manner.
• Sets, measures and manages performance of self and others and leads team members in achieving/exceeding operational and financial objectives and goals.
• Delegates responsibility and holds others accountable against operational performance criteria and assists individuals with skills development to become a high performing contributor.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
