The position offers hourly pay between $15.00 and $16.00, with shifts including swing and graveyard hours, weekends and holidays, and a background check and drug screen as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
• Must read/write English; bilingual skills a plus.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Must be available for varied hours incl. swing/graveyard; weekends/holidays.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Background check, pre-employment drug test and security clearance; U.S. work authorization required.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Willing to work outside in all weather and elevated noise at the airport.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to customers.
• Arrange passenger tickets, refunds, itineraries, fares; handle baggage and excess charges.
• Coordinate passenger reservations, standby, luggage, cabin availability, and in-flight supplies.
• Guide passengers from terminal to aircraft for safe movement.
• Load/unload cargo on aircraft; transport between terminals and aircraft.
• Physically handle freight and company materials; marshal aircraft/equipment.
• Operate ground equipment (tugs, belt loaders).
• Clean and service cabin interiors; maintain lavatories.
• Use safety equipment and perform de-icing when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
