Job summary

BrewTop Social at Seattle Airport is seeking an Expeditor to support the kitchen and service team in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role requires coordinating between kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are prepared, accurate, and delivered within service standards.

Responsibilities include delivering food and beverages promptly with superior guest service, communicating order status, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and performing sanitation duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; one to three months of related restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are prepared, organized, and delivered to guests accurately and within established service time standards.
• Verifies that all food items are accounted for and that orders meet quality, presentation, and accuracy standards before delivery.
• Delivers food and beverages to guests promptly while providing Superior Guest Service.
• Communicates effectively with kitchen and service team members regarding order status, missing items, special requests, and other service needs.
• Maintains an efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, including promptly addressing spills and other potential safety hazards.
• Performs assigned cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the shift.
• Follows safe food handling, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices.
• Follows workplace safety procedures when using or working around equipment and immediately reports equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
• Follows management direction and supports the restaurant team as operational needs require.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
