Concessions Intl Brand is seeking a dedicated Food Prep member in Seattle to support the airport food service operation. Responsibilities include preparing vegetables, meats, salads, sandwiches, and light fare per Concessions International standards.

The role requires following standardized recipes, maintaining equipment hygiene, and collaborating with a team to deliver quality guest experiences. Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions.
• Basic math for measurements and portions.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Works well in a fast-paced kitchen and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare a variety of food items per standardized recipes.
• Maintain food quality and presentation according to procedures.
• Operate and clean equipment and workstations following safety rules.
• Label, date, and rotate foods per standards.
• Assist with daily prep lists and station organization.
