Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Front of House Manager for Davio's at Boston Logan Airport. You will supervise FOH staff, train teams, and ensure first-class guest experiences in a fast-paced airport setting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a hotel/restaurant setting is preferred.
• ServSafe Food Manager certification or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication in English and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to lead a team, manage shifts, and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations and staff across shifts to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train and develop team members; enforce SOPs and service standards.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash-out, and POS training.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and performance under high-volume conditions.
