Paradies Lagardère is seeking a General Manager for the Boston Logan Airport Berkshire Farms location. The role oversees planning, directing, and coordinating restaurant operations to achieve exceptional guest service, efficiency, and profitability.

The General Manager will manage the budget and P&L, lead a cross-functional team, and build partnerships with airport officials to strengthen the company’s presence. A strong focus on employee development and operational excellence is essential.

Formación

• Five years restaurant management experience required.
• Belief and support of Paradies Lagardère Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Ability to manage for results in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 7/365 work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the restaurant.
