Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
Possession of or ability to obtain a valid CDL.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and read/write/speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

Maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical equipment as assigned.
Performs general maintenance of buildings and grounds including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and painting.
Disassembles and replaces defective parts; troubleshoots electrical systems.
Supports quality management with documentation and tests.
Maintains positive customer communication and represents the Company professionally.
Operates snow removal and landscaping equipment as needed.
Operates equipment requiring a CDL.
Performs other duties as assigned.
