Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Newark, NJ seeks a Field Service Technician. The role involves maintenance and repair of aircraft loading bridges, baggage transport systems, GSE and related equipment, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The position requires HS diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, valid driver's license, and ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. This is a part-time role under a collective bargaining agreement with the TWU.

Qualifications

• English language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, test and install equipment including loading bridges, cargo handling systems and ground power units.
• Follow FAA and company procedures and lead/supervisor instructions.
• Maintain parts inventory and communicate with other company personnel as required.
