Qualifications

• Degree in facilities management, engineering, or property management.
• Experience with Corrigo or equivalent CMMS.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of regulations and laws.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors and coordinate vendor relationships.
• Control security access and provide site support.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule renovations and upgrades to facilities.
• Manage hood cleaning, grease trap cleaning and janitorial services.
• Budget and forecast costs for facilities operations.
• Design and plan facilities layout to optimize space.
• Train staff on safety procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
