Job summary

JetBlue is seeking a Senior Analyst Inflight Standards to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM). You will review policies, interpret CFRs, and lead changes across departments to improve safety and efficiency.

The role involves audits, training coordination with JetBlue University, and representation in aircraft development activities. Overnight travel is required in this senior regulatory position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of business, finance, or analytical work experience required.
• Ability to travel overnight and internationally (30%).
• Ability to research, interpret, and apply federal regulations to policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM) and regulatory documentation.
• Interprets federal regulations and ensures IOSA, FAA CFR, and related requirements are reflected in policies.
• Leads change management for regulatory policies and cross-departmental updates.
• Performs audits and reviews to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Represents Inflight Standards during aircraft and cabin interior development activities.
• Coordinates with JetBlue University for regulatory training content alignment.
