HMSHost is seeking a Server at the Boston airport location. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely, high-quality service for guests.

This non-exempt position reports to the Store Manager or General Manager according to local requirements. Essential duties include taking and delivering orders, pre-bussing, maintaining cleanliness, presenting checks, and adhering to HMSHost policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of serving experience in high-volume or fast casual dining preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly in proper sequence.
• Deliver orders and check back to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain table appearance and restock napkins, etc.
• Present the check and handle payment as needed.
• Follow HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies.
