Job summary

On‑site role at DEN's Airport Office Building, leading a team, developing goals, and driving readiness for emergencies. Requires 5 years' emergency management experience and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5 years of professional emergency management experience.
• Experience with FAA Part139 and emergency preparedness.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with training governance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead DEN’s emergency management program and align with FAA/NDMS requirements.
• Plan, facilitate, evaluate, and document exercises and After-Action Reports.
• Oversee training curricula, records, and learner outcomes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across city, regional and state bodies.
• Supervise staff and manage section goals and performance.
