Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Training Supervisor to administer field station training programs for ramp operations at Denver International Airport. This role involves classroom, hands-on and verbal instruction to ensure quality, safety and compliance in all training activities.

The position focuses on new hire and recurrent training, ramp OJT and driver training with an emphasis on maintaining certified training credentials and promoting a safety-first culture across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training for ramp operations.
• Ability to conduct classroom and hands-on instruction.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Effectively deliver new hire and annual recurrent training for all station personnel.
• Deliver ramp OJT and Driver Training as needed.
• Promote professional image and conduct at all times.
• Ensure training aligns with health, safety, security and regulatory standards.
• Support safety compliance and preventative measures for health and safety legislation.
• Support Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
• Report breaches of statutory requirements to management.
• Participate in safety audits and provide corrective actions.
