The Senior Project Manager at Inergroup oversees complex electrical construction projects within busy airport environments, including terminals, concourses, airfield lighting, and life‑safety systems. You will manage delivery from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, technical accuracy, schedule performance, and aviation compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with owners and authorities, monitor budgets, and drive quality and documentation throughout the project

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of progressive electrical construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience working in active airport environments, incl. secured/airside work and phased shutdowns.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical scopes for aviation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource coordination.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and schedules for completeness and constructability.
• Identify and resolve design gaps, system conflicts, and constructability issues across electrical and low-voltage systems.
• Manage phased shutdowns, infrastructure upgrades, and work in secured/airside environments while maintaining airport operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with owners, airport authorities, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, change orders, subcontractor management, and monthly job cost reviews.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including PMs, APMs, Project Engineers, and field personnel.
• Maintain strong communication, deliver progress updates, and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper documentation, quality control, and timely project closeout.
