Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Station Safety and Compliance Manager responsible for administering, maintaining, and overseeing all aspects of the company's safety, security, and compliance programs at designated locations.

The role requires ensuring OSHA/EPA/DOT/TSA standards, training staff, conducting hazard assessments, maintaining records, and coordinating with operations and clients to deliver safer, compliant facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; college degree desirable.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Background check and airport SIDA badge requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Administer Environmental, Safety and Health, and General Liability programs at the station level.
• Identify, analyze, and improve EHS processes and client relations.
• Train staff in EHS, workers' comp, and general liability programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, CFR, FAA, TSA regulations and standards.
• Maintain records related to EHS and other programs.
