Job summary

OTG Management, Inc. is seeking a Server to join our team at PHL Airport. You will deliver warm hospitality, guide guests through the menu, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Expect to lift up to 35 pounds, stay active on your feet, and maintain rigorous cleanliness and safety standards. Candidates should have 1–2 years of serving experience and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• 1-2 years of prior serving experience.
• Familiarity with restaurant steps of service and basic beer, liquor, and wine.
• Fluent English.
• Must become TIPS certified within 90 days and ServeSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, memorable hospitality with every interaction following OTG steps of service.
• Guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm and support dietary needs.
• Anticipate guests' needs and maintain strong team communication.
• Handle orders, payments, and special requests accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and service stations.
• Uphold safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Notify the Manager on Duty of guest feedback or concerns.
